Branch Manager - Ossining Branch

Tompkins Mahopac Bank is seeking a seasoned Branch Manager responsible for developing and managing banking relationships. This motivated banking professional will manage the Ossining Branch operations, promote products and sales, and provide work direction to the branch team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of related branch management experience, comprehensive banking knowledge and the ability to meet/exceed branch goals.
  • Enthusiastic desire to generate new relationships and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and present banking solutions to meet and exceed customers needs.
  • Mentor, coach and cross train branch personnel to understand our products & services and identify referral opportunities.
  • Strong outside business development experience and knowledge of the general area, participating and making a presence within the community
  • Excellent communication and PC skills.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling account inquiries accurately and efficiently for our customers. Experienced Credit Analyst/Commercial Underwriter - Part time

Part-time opportunity
PT Hours:  Monday - Friday, 27-30 hours per week

General Responsibilities:
Our seasoned Analyst will provide credit & financial analysis support to the credit function as well as the commercial lending team. This professional will receive & analyze data on prospective and active commercial borrowers, order credit reports, make loan decision recommendations, and provide thorough documentation of all financial analysis work.​​​

Qualifications: ​​
The ideal candidates would have general accounting knowledge, with strong credit analysis, communication and presentation skills. This position requires BS/BA degree in accounting or related field, specialized financial analysis training and a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a commercial credit analyst in a banking environment.

Organized individual to effectively manage a staff of up to 5 tellers, while providing a positive customer service experience.  Responsibilities include supervising teller line operations, recognizing cross selling opportunities, establishing specific team goals, coaching & developing team members, maintaining authorized cash supply, and complying with operational and security policies & procedures.

Qualified individuals will have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a related position and demonstrated management & supervisory skills.

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will have the opportunity to create a distinctive client experience that leverages our unique value proposition.  Our team member will: 

  • Consult and coordinate the delivery of solutions for a comprehensive wealth management strategy for individuals, business owners, and families.
  • Build, solidify and service client relationships through referrals, professional relationships and community events involvement.
  • Cultivate new prospects in the Westchester community and introduce our suite of services.
  • Mentor and cross train branch personnel to understand our program and identify referral opportunities.

This dynamic candidate will have ten (10) years of experience as a wealth advisor, with superior organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.  Must have a Bachelors degree, with a professional designation of CFP or CPA desired.  Existing FINRA 7, 66 licenses (or 63 & 65), NY Life & Health License and clean U4 required.
