Cash Management Sales Manager
Full time opportunity

General Responsibilities:

To develop and execute upon a regional market plan with client driven strategies while actively managing all disciplines within the sales management process including pipeline management, calling activity, goal attainment, relationship reviews and relationship referrals.  To maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by identifying and selling innovative Depository, Payments and Cash Management solutions (including Commercial DDA, Commercial and Municipal Internet Banking, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH, Wire Transfer, Escrow Manager, Positive Pay and Account Analysis) to a defined portfolio of clients, maximizing commercial/business/government client profitability and relationship depth. Partner closely with client-facing teammates across the institution including, but not limited to, Commercial Lending and Retail Branch Banking.  This will include reviewing and negotiating the full range of cash management services together with effecting any cost/pricing change and/or service level initiatives required by partner groups across the institution.
Qualifications:​​​​​

Experience: 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience selling Cash Management solutions. 
  • Experience directly related to the financial services industry.  
  • BS or BA degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related field preferred, ideally with 3-5 years of relevant sales and financial services experience.
  • Specialized cash management training - Certified Cash Management (CCM)/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.

This position will be located in the Hudson Valley Region, with a focus in the Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess County communities.

Residential Mortgage Loan Originator

A successful Residential Mortgage Loan Originator with Tompkins Mahopac Bank will be a sales oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career assisting present and prospective clients.

Qualified candidate will:
  • Originate quality residential and consumer mortgage loans;
  • Develop business relationships within the community, including realtors, builders, developers and attorneys to grow our mortgage business;
  • Meet with potential and existing mortgage borrowers, providing service and guidance by evaluating mortgage lending parameters, seeking various ways to assist them in achieving their goals, and accurately completing any documents required for loan application.
  • Have the ability to act as a mentor; coaching branch personnel to understand & identify referral opportunities, to assist in meeting sales objectives and business initiatives.
  • Have excellent organizational, analytical, and communications skills

Teller Supervisor - Ossining Branch

Basic Qualifications

Education:  A high school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated ability in customer service.

Skill(s):  Proficient reading, writing, grammar, accounting, analytical, and mathematics skills; proficient PC skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate typing skills and ability to operate various office machines; proficient hand-eye coordination; visual and auditory skills. 

Experience:  A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related position is normally required; demonstrated management and supervisory skills required. 

General Responsibilities

Responsible for directly supervising the Teller Unit in order to provide efficient and accurate paying and receiving services; participating with Assistant Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the unit; coordinating all Teller operation functions in the branch; overseeing security and compliance within the unit; ensuring department compliance with all operating policies and procedures; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports; performing customer service duties, helping customers during peak times.
