Tompkins now offers a Hybrid Work Model

While a physical work location is not required for our core values to be lived, we believe that knowledge, sharing, relationship building, and collaboration are all more effective when experienced in person. We remain mindful however that, for some, work location preference may have changed through the pandemic. To ensure we are retaining the elements of our culture while remaining attentive to team member preferences, we offer a hybrid working model for most office-based positions. A hybrid model means that team members whose positions do not require full-time presence at a physical Tompkins location to carry out their job responsibilities may work both onsite and remote on a consistent and thoughtful basis. It is not be a requirement for these team members to work remotely but if that is there preference we provide  the flexibility to do so for a portion of a work week.
